Goals
At various points in your life, you've likely written down your personal and professional goals.
Please complete the goal sheets below with at least five goals in each section. As you answer, write what you would like to become your reality - that is, what you want, what you dream about, what you would like if you could have it be your way.
If you have already written out a preliminary list of goals as part of your introduction to coaching, please incorporate those items.
Be as specific as you can with parameters, qualities or standards necessary for the full achievement of the goals. Each box below expands to include as much information as you would like to include.
Keep in mind the classic journalism questions of "Who, what, why, when, where, how" to give the goal as much definition as possible.
Take a look at the sample goal below. You can think of each goal as a small "story" and see it can be broken down into the journalism questions.
My goal is to increase my personal earnings to $ ______ per month by making my business efficient because I intend for my family to be more financially secure over the next year.
Who = I
What = Personal earnings of $______ per month
Why = I intend for my family to be more financial secure
When = Each month over the next year
Where = My business
How = By making my business efficient
As you proceed, state each goal as completely as possible. Don't be overly concerned about which category the goals go into. The most important thing is to be sure that all of your high priority goals are represented so that we can work what matters most.
When you have completed your goals in each section, check the box labeled "Complete."
